These beautiful dried flower candles are the sweetest craft to celebrate spring!

Looking for a simple craft to celebrate spring? These dried flower candles are just the ticket!

This activity is super simple and earth friendly. All you need is wax paper, dried flowers, an iron, tape, and an electric candle.

Here’s how we made these beautiful dried flower candles.

Supplies:

  • Wax paper
  • Dried flowers
  • Clothing iron (or a hair straightener would work as well)
  • Towel (to protect surfaces, optional)
  • Scissors
  • Electric candle
  • Tape

Directions:

  1. If desired, lay a towel down to protect your work surface. Then lay out a sheet of wax paper.
  2. Arrange your dried flowers and leaves on the wax paper. You will want to keep your arrangement fairly thin to ensure a good seal.
  3. Lay a second sheet of wax paper on top of your dried flower arrangement.
  4. Use an iron to seal the two pieces of wax paper together.
  5. Use scissors to trim your wax paper to fit your electric candle.
  6. Tape the wax paper to secure in place around the candle.
